Another interesting point about Navarro: he also has been subpoenaed to testify before a DOJ federal grand jury. That's a separate action, but obviously now cross-cutting and had to have been carefully coordinated at DOJ.

Navarro is a flamboyantly sketchy character somewhat in the Michael Flynn mold,but nothing about the facts of his contempt case required the DOJ to seal the indictment,arrest him, & keep him in custody.They're treating him like a severe flight risk; we'll likely find out why soon
